Twitter poetry 2021: Week 2

My blogger-poet-friend Ingrid inspired me to create a Twitter account and start writing #APoemADay, which I began on January 1, 2021.

Below is my second week of Twitter poems:

Shabbat Shalom from Jerusalem,

  1. In the good ole days before the pandemic era, I used to write a poem a day incorporating at least three daily prompts!🤭
Now I feel good if I write weekly! 😅
Keep writing, David. Some very profound thoughts in your twitter poetry. ❤️

    1. I struggle with just the d’Verse prompts – any more than that is too much for me, let alone including more than one prompt per poem! I don’t know how you and others do it! Thanks, Punam!

(BTW, how did pandemic era affect your blogging?)

      1. You are welcome, David. I am intimidated by the calibre of poets who write for d’Verse prompts, so I content myself with reading their poems!

Writing daily was not a problem. But with both the kids and hubby at home 24/7, I found I didn’t have enough time to read and write. So had to cut down my blogging.
I did write about it in my previous poem.
