Twitter poetry 2021: Week 27

My blogger-poet-friend Ingrid inspired me to create a Twitter account and start writing #APoemADay, which I began on January 1, 2021.

This week, I posted a recent series of 7 schuttelreims on Twitter for my daily poetry challenge. A schuttelreim is a two-line poem, which employs a spoonerism that makes sense. They are deceptively difficult… and they produce very silly results ๐Ÿคก

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this week’s Twitter poems!

    1. Thanks, Colin – they’re very much like puzzles, ya know?
Although I don’t think there’s anything wrong with obscene poetry, per se ๐Ÿ˜€

        1. I end up posting all of those Twitter poems here on WP every Friday anyway… so the real action is still here on the Skeptic’s Kaddish blog…

          1. Ohh I see, I do that with Instagram often. If I post anything worthwhile there, I end up sharing it here too. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜Š
