A sijo
I've feelings I cannot describe \ and others I fear letting loose; the latter tend to dress themselves \ in the guise of the former; I could stick labels on them \ but could never pull them off.

Power is domination, control, and therefore a very selective form of truth which is a lie.

Love the closure! There’s a certain ring to the words that I really liked about this one. 😊
Love how you’ve weaved your words together. They are beautiful. 🙂
🤍 Terveen 🤍 – I feel that the sijo lends itself to this sort of thinking…

I have a hard time naming any feeling, although I’m a little better with the undesirable ones, like anger and anxiety. (K)
is that also true for you in writing? equally so? less so?
Yes, writing too. I’m not sure why.
I rework the process from other angles. Sometimes we limit the way we explore our emotions, and hence we limit the options of expression and sometimes meaning.

“the latter tend to dress themselves \ in the guise of the former”
Its that moment when I consider who or what controls my thoughts.
What alternatives do you consider?
Naming is a powerful tool to overcome fear. That said naming has traditionally been used to give substance to things that ought to be left amorphous. Excellent use of the sijo to get your point across!!
