What is your definition of happiness? I can’t figure out what people mean by it. I have no idea myself what it is or if and when I am feeling whatever it is. Part of my struggle with figuring out emotions. Unhappy I know. I’m OK with understanding the negative ones. (K)
That’s a good question – I think I have to ponder what my personal take on happiness is… certainly it would include an acceptance of reality… which is hard for me. I’ll think more on this and hopefully get back to you.

Almost everything that matters in this world is a skill.
Paul, I agree with you, but success is a moving target, and I’m not sure that it’s necessary for happiness.
