Let’s write poetry together!

When it comes to partnership, some humans can make their lives alone – it’s possible. But creatively, it’s more like painting: you can’t just use the same colours in every painting. It’s just not an option. You can’t take the same photograph every time and live with art forms with no differences.
–Ben Harper (b. 1969)
Would you like to create poetry with me and have a completed poem of yours featured here at the Skeptic’s Kaddish? I am very excited to have launched the ‘Poetry Partners’ initiative and am looking forward to meeting and creating with you… Check it out!
That is fun! I might have to try this. Love the photo too.
Oh, you should, JeanMarie – and please share your poem with me if you do! 😀
Yours ❤
David
Love it! ❤️ Blitz is a very addictive form.
🙈 I know! 🙈
That’s a great photo. (K)
Yeah – I spent some time looking for photos of 3 crows 😉
The evidence in support of the title is overwhelming. Thrilling pace, loved it.
Yeah, I’m kinda beginning to like this form more than I did at the start 😀
Thanks, Abi ❤
Great work out to strengthen the rhythm and the mind muscle.
You are welcome David❤
What a cool poetic form! Thanks for sharing, David 🙂
❤ Nick – thank you ❤

I love this, David! Amazing .💕

Excellent!! Of course I’m a fan of crows so this made perfect sense. I think you’ve mastered the form and then some. Wonderful choice of phrases and it is a smooth transition from idea to idea – gliding on ice!

That’s a fun exercise!
so fun! (my first one felt like a bit of a trial, but then I got into the swing of it…)
Whee! This format is so toboggan-like as it picks up speed, heading down a snowy slope and you’re holding on, white-knuckled, with a big dopey grin as your dog runs along side you trying to steal your ski cap! Nice work as always, David! 😀
Mike – best metaphor ever 😀
Thanks! ❤
David
