Naked and holding the umbrella

Even the cassava crop was dying. The colony couldn’t last much longer.

“No! She’s too capricious!”

“We’ve no choice! We must perform the ritualโ€ฆ Lookโ€ฆ I’llโ€ฆ get the umbrella.”

Jack sighed, removed his clothing, and followed Isaac, now also naked and holding the umbrella.

“Oh, Holy One,” they intoned, “Please grant your playthings rainโ€ฆ”

    1. Syl, TBH – that’s exactly what I was trying to do – I was trying to make sense of that picture! Why on earth would two people hold an umbrella while standing up to their chests in water? Thanks so much for noticing that.
