Her jade(d) eyes

The curse was purported to be unbreakable; but the minstrel winked at the princess with a mysterious confidence.

“You hope to succeed where so many failed?” she asked dispassionately. “Very well. Which key will unlock my caged heart?”

The bard looked past the keys hanging from the ceiling, directly into her jade(d) eyes, and pulled out his flute. “I believe it’s ‘C’, my Lady.”

  1. Very clever David! Clever with a C! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜› I could say something about “pulling out his flute” but this is a clean establishment! ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
