Septolet?
The Septolet is a poem consisting of seven lines containing fourteen words with a break anywhere in between the two parts. Both parts deal with the same thought and create a picture.

Putin is a madman. He is now engaged in a losing situation where he says “If I can’t have it, then I’ll ruin it for everyone!” He’s acting like a spoiled 4 year old! (though not in vogue anymore, I think a good spanking might set him straight!)
