Like magic, words brew with no help from me
I do but watch the process every morn

As dialogue in dreams comes to adorn
Subconscious yearnings I can never see

The door is latched, I never leave forlorn
To hold a mindless space is writing's key

The words gush pricked from my poetic thorn
My pen draws blood and lets it flow so free

Humbled I see my ego being torn
I have but a mere scribe's validity
I do but watch the process every morn

Creative Source comes here to be reborn
In waiting earth it plants a flowering tree

Concepts and sounds topple my last redoubt
Wild notions teem through snaking passages

Proud structure ravaged by her savages
The full Muse Queen borne in on plush litter

Rising, I deepest strong room consider
Creative Source comes here to be reborn
